- Cancellations made 14 days or more before departure: full refund.
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: partial refund.
- No-shows or missed trips are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

- Third-party bookings (e.g., flights, hotels) unless covered by their policies.
